Great company but most people hate it.
Low prices 100 Mbps with 600 GB limit+ 20% extra and FUP reset 2 Mbps speed. No company not even beam broadband in Hyderabad.
Coming to response they don't come to take bill that was frustrating for only one time happened to me.
But coming to solving issues just like I call and they send immediately technician to resolve the issue. Everything happens in just 24 hrs.
When I was using beam broadband they don't even pickup phone and there is service time is 48 hrs boom!
Everything was perfect for me with YouBroadband and note iam the only person using internet in my neighborhood.
I live in gachibowli, Hyderabad.
