If there was a ratings option of Zero stars I would have readily opted for it. You Broadband is the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever come across. I paid for activating my dormant connection and immediately lodged a complaint to rectify some wiring issues. its been 7 days now and they just don't seem to care. a couple of times I received a call asking for a good time to visit. Despite agreeing to a time slot nobody turns up. You broadband is a useless outfit and just be beware of them.
