IF YOU PURCHASE HIGH SPEED LIMITED PLANS. YOU ARE GONE. I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE CALCULATING THE OUR DOWNLOAD DATA, NEITHER THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR QUERY.


I HAVE PUCHASED 4MB/ 45 GB PLAN, WHOOSE VALIDITY IS 6 MONTHS.


WE ARE THREE PEOPLE IN OUR HOME WHO USES THE INTERNET. SINCE IT IS LIMITED PLAN, EVERYONE IN THE HOME WAS AWARE ABOUT IT. WE WERE USING THE INTERNET FOR SURFING, NOT FOR DOWNLOADING OR WATCHING VIDEOS ONLINE. THEN TOO I HAVE GOT THEIR FIRST MESSAGE IN JUST 28 DAYS THAT I HAVE ALREADY UTILIZED 80% OF MY DOWNLOAD LIMIT. THEN I HAD OBSERVED THAT, EVEN IF I DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR WATCH ANYTHING ON INTERNET, APPROXIMATELY 1GB DATA IS GETTING DEDUCTED FROM MY DOWNLOAD LIMIT.


THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. EVEN IF YOU TRY TO BOOK THE COMPLAINT, THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING IT.


BE ALERT WHILE PURCHASING ANY LIMITED PLANS.


ALSO, THEIR POP LOCATION IS NOT STABLE IN KOTHRUD AREA. ITS ALWAYS GOING DOWN ON WEEKENDS DUE TO POWER ISSUES/ FIBER CUT ISSUES. THIS IS THE TIME WHEN WE ARE AT HOME AND NEED TO HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION. THEIR RESOLUTION TIME IS NOT LESS THAN 6-8 HOURS. MEANS YOUR DAY IS GONE.
