You broadband has emerged as a popular broadband company in the recent years.but still the company is struggling hard to compete with its rival companies and want to overcome them. You broadband is has a terrible quality of services. The services provided by them is not satisfactory they show a very good offers on broadband connection whether a new or and older user of the broadband but when you actually come in contact with the service providers the reality is completely different. The broadband promises cheap prices for high usage but when you get to know that the price offered them on the offer coupons and the real bills is very highy for example if you choose an offer of 500 ruppes option given by them on the offer coupons but in reality you pay 850 ruppes you pay extra money because they will charge you with taxes, processing fees etc which is really in convenient and ridiculous so I suggest you to first investigate before you choose this broadband connection. The speed is okay but everyday at least for two to three hours the connection goes off and it doesn’t connect unless it is back. No doubt that this kind of services are very inconvenient for people who wanted high speed Internet with good quality so kindly choose someother service providers.overall I will rate this broadband 2 stars because of its ill services. The speed of this broadband is low as when we compare their rival broadband companies so only three stars for speed ISP connection. Connection reliability is low and dull but still I will give them for this two stars. Services and support is manageable but can improve in future so only two stars for that.
