I am presently using YOU Broadband. Last week I had faced a problem with network issue. The network is got disconnected at afternoon time. I just waited for a long time all the day. But it was not connected.
The next day I called them but they said you must download your app compulsory and then register the complaint, then only our network service provider will come and resolve your issue.
I just downloaded the app for that case and I just registered as they said by using my account and password. They arrived so late at evening and said we will back with another person. Again I waited for the whole day, they didn't came.
Again I called them, and they are not kind to me while speaking and said just register through app and there is no need to call for the service through number. But while registering through app, it is showing status you already registered with us.
How could I get the service faster if they won't respond through call and there is no way to contact them for 2nd time through app.
Finally I got the number of that person and called him. He finally came on the 3rd day and solved it with the help of other two persons. For the damn three days, there is no internet for me. Such a slow service and tests your patience in emergency,
