I have been using this since 2 months and I have raised complaints about 8-9 times till now everytime they are down and we are not able to use the internet at all. Everytime customer support says same things, they will waste your time for 6-7 mins doing basic checkups though you know it is fault from their sides. They will say support engineer will come but I have never seen their support engineer coming. After 1-2 days and sometime 3 days It will start automatically. I dont think they have any engineer team here and they work on specific internet connection request. Their mobile app is only for namesake, It never helped for better support
