I faced the connectivity issue for 1.5 month. Daily I use to call, they use to commit that their technical team will call in 4-8 working hours which never happened. Always closed the complaint without confirmation . Worst Customer service by giving just teller made repetitive answers & no action.
Even after speaking with escalation team several times zero response. Suffered the torture for 1.5 months & thus discontinued
If possible could have given negative rating
