I recharge for a speed of upto 10mbps. I get a download/upload speed of less than 5mbps.
All of a sudden the network connection would die out. This happens at least twice a month.
Sevice: You'll get fed up calling them and getting no work done. The technician's number goes out of coverage area, or he just dodges your calls, or may be he'll fix your issue once, but there's no guarantee that its not gonna recur.
The customer care guys would repeat the same words again and again: "We are taking a note of your complaint. You'll be contacted by our technician within 3 working hours." Now I'll tell you, those three working hours are surely going to be more than 24 hours, or never.
