No connection done even after 20 days of payment . Whenever you will call you will get reply "your complaint is taken, will reply you in some time", but you will never get a single response . Next time when you call, you will get the same line from them and goes on in loop. No action is taken . People will forward your requests to another team, but you will never get a definite answer about anything.
When you have no service initially, how can someone expect any satisfactory service in future . I mean about anything, if no one is their to listen you seriously.
I decided to go for other provider, which I was using earlier, which was much better than youbroadband.
It was my biggest mistake, I tried to take connection from YouBroadbnd.
No money refund even after 45 days . wtf.
