I am personally using You Broadband since last 2 years and I am literally fed up with the service they provide. I haven't seen a full month of use they will stop the service on and off again and again.
Sometimes it even gets to the point where it takes a full week to start the internet again and as a student, most of my work requires active internet connection. There were many occasion where I missed submitting my assignment just because of the internet connection.
And the best part is the call center, First of all they will never pickup your call and if you are lucky enough to get to the executive, they are rude as anything.
For the internet speed, that is okay when it works which it doesn't so a BIG NO.
For Connection and reliability: One Of THE WORST!
Service & Support: IT CAN'T GET ANY WORSE THAN IT. PERIOD.
