The whole range of Yezdi motorbikes was produced by Ideal Jawa Private Limited which was located in an industrial area in Mysore. The Range of Yezdi Motorcycles included the ordinary Yezdi Motorbike, Classic,175CC and the majestic Yezdi Roadking motorbike. The bike was'majestic' in the sense it had superior road grip, could accelerate to a maximum speed of around 90-100 kilometers per hour and had a fuel mileage of around 30-35 kilometers per liter which was quite okay considering that it weighed around 150 Kgs and could easily produce robust power. The fuel tank had a total capacity of around 14-15 liters and one full tank refuelling was enough to ride upto 400-500 kilometers without any hindrance or disturbance on the city roads as well as any highway. Finally,Yezdi and Ideal Jawa Limited had to close down in the late 1990s as it could not face severe competition from bikes manufactured by other competitors such as Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda etc.Even to this day, there is a club in the name of Jawa-Yezdi Motorcycle club which organises meets and road shows on a stipulated date every year for the thrill and enjoyment of riders of Jawa-Yezdi. Therefore, Yezdi Roadking is comparatively the best bike in the heavy bikes segment as it has a reasonable fuel consumption, good comfort, great reliability and comfortable control and adept handling and it really has handsome looks.
