I used to be a customer of this bank but after one unfortunate incident and due to poor response from the bank, I just closed my account.It was intentionally done by me but the poor customer support I decided to withdrew my name from the bank.Other services are good and efficient.


Phone Banking:


The phone did not sent me a message unless the transaction was big, but this is not the case with the other banks.They send the messages for every single transaction.This feature makes the customer think that his transaction is not secure.The bank should provide security to existing accounts in the bank.


ATM availability:


Another problem I faced with this bank is that they just have their official ATM at their bank branch.And as you may know that bank charges some amount of money if transaction is done at other ATM.So to withdraw cash I had to walk to the bank branch which was little far from my residential place.


Internet Banking:


The internet banking feature worked 5 out of 10 times I try to use it. The net banking website is not properly visible through Mobile.So to view it properly you either need a pc or a laptop.Once doing a mobile recharge through net banking service the server was down and the money was deducted from account but the transaction was not successful.Calling the customer care support for the solution of the problem is like the waste of time.


Customer Service:


The main reason why I withdrew my account was the poor customer support of the bank.Once or twice my transaction was cancelled but money was deducted from the account and so I called the customer care for the resolution of the problem, but they answered me like this "We will look into the matter and one of our executive will contact you soon, but no call came from their side, and not once this happened thrice with me and the result was same.Finally after visiting the branch I got my issue resolved and thus this poor customer service was the main reason


why I closed my account with the bank.


My final words:


I will say that just don't go on the name, This bank is promoting itself by giving fake promises but they aren't true.So be wise while choosing the bank and after considering all the factors go with that bank.
