Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Yes Bank. I have a account on yes bank from 2 years. Recently all the bank has verifying the kyc systems of all customers.
My yes bank kyc was also no submitted in bank. Suddenly , bank was blocked my account without giving any SMS. When I was withdraw cash in ATM it doesn't withdraw cash.
After that I was going to bank and talking to customer service about my account and they clarify me that my account was blocked I want to submit some documents and verifying the kyc. I was told the customer service that bank doesn't give me any notification how could u block my account without informing any thing. They told me that it was not his mistake. But because of technical problems the messages doesn't send so, the bank doesn't notifying any thing. He was giving excuses. the staff was talking vary rudely and inconveniently. The customer service is vary slow and poor. They doesn't talking to customer with politly and respect.
When ever I was using ATM facilities of this bank I was so disappointed because every time I was not withdrawing the cash because the ATM machine was empty. It doesn't have a money in ATM machine.
Talking about internet banking. the site was so slow and taking so many times it's needs more work on it. And phone banking is vary confusing and taking so many data to do banking.
I am not satisfied with the service of yes bank because of it's irresponsibility and the customer service is pathetic. So I will give it 1 out of 5.
