As a old customer of this pooryes bank I have a very bad experience. I think this bank is very poor performer in the world because the security measures are very poor of this bank. My bank account is get hacked twice times due this reason.
Phone banking and internet banking is very risky in this bank. As in my case anything happen but due to my awareness nothing goes too wrong. This can happen to any one.
Atm service is not very good its average. Its ableto meet the need of present customers.
But there staff's behaviour to the customers is very rude. I give my complaint about this misshapen on mobile but they don't respond
