Without any prior notification, they have blocked the account stating RBS rules and some bullshit lame excuses and takes weeks to unblock it.
The customer service is very poor. Planning to close the NRI Account with Yes bank.Would not recommend.
After making so many phone calls and escalating several times, they came up with a solution.
The service they provided while opening the account and after the account opening is complete extremes. they rendered a perfect service in terms of account opening. and the exact opposite while operating the account.
