Hello everyone,


I opened Yes bank account 4-5 months ago and would like to share my experience of using this banks services.


First some positive points:


1) Interest rates for saving accounts are good(5-6.25%) provided by bank are really good as compared to other banks and that's the reason I decided to open bank account with this bank


2) Interest rate for fixed deposits are also comparatively good. For NRE account also interest rates are good


Unfortunately, except these 2 things all other points are negative.


1) Worst customer support ever. They have relationship managers don't even bother to reply to your mails or messages. I only get reply when I copy there managers and escalate it


2) I provided 2 address and insisted them to send my welcome kit to particular address, they perfectly messed it up and sent it on wrong address!


3) it took 2-3 months for me to receive welcome kit. Bank said kit is delivered and I never received it.


4) After that my ATM debit card was blocked stating that its precautionary measure since I didn't received my welcome kit. After repeated calls, mails and follow-up it took another 2-3 weeks to reactivate my debit card. Relation ship manager was unavailable and not even bothered to ask if my account is active. They are only in contact till your account is open.


5) Finally after all this struggle I thought its over. but YES bank soon made me realized that its NO its not yet over!


6) First I was charged for not maintaining account balance which I could never access!


second I registered my own account for IMPS transfer and after 48 hrs I received confirmation that I can transfer max allowed fund to newly added payee but due to amazing net banking set up they have till date(after 1 week) I am still struggling to transfer fund to my own account. Error message that I am getting is some network error and try again after some time.


7) Till today, I have raised compliant on phone banking, via mail and also to my so called RELATIONSHIP MANAGER but after almost 1 week I have not received even single response from them. Its like you choose this bank now bare it!


Looking at all this kind of messed up bank, please say NO to Yes bank.they are good for nothing and are least bothered about customers. Sorry for long review cant help!
