I have applied for personal loan ( balance transfer from axis bank personal loan) loan number PLNOxxxxxx with out information or confirmation, they disbursed my Lian amount ( loan amount also not informed) I have given complaint reg this on 9th August 2017. Later on 15th August 2017, I have requested for loan cancellation no reslotion.
On 23rd August 2017 I got call from one of the rep, I have clearly informed that I want to cancel the personal loan. She informed that. I will get a call, but no call till now. On 7th spe., I visited nearest yes bank ( white filed branch, Bangalore) and requested for personal loan can collation. Complaint no xxxxxxx even though, to day I got a call from collection dept informed to them also.
But no use I didn't apply for any credit card but they credit card also. Very bad service yes bank is fraud.
