We Had An Bank Account In State Bank Of India And My Father Had Opened This Bank Account Only To Make Our Monthly Fees Payment Or For Making Other Bookings Of Household But After Getting Fed Up From Unresponsive And Lazy Customer Service We Decided To Close The Bank Account And Opened New Bank Account In YES BANK I Went With My Father To YES BANK To Opened An Account We Went To Enquiry Counter Staff Of YES BANK Has Told Me To Go To Counter 5 We Had Went There The Executive Had Given Us Form We Had Deposited The Money And They Had Given 10 Days Timing To Deliver Cheque Book And Debit Card.


~ After 15 Days Has Gone I Called The Bank Staff To Know The Status Of My Cheque Book And Debit Card But They Had Told Me That That They Process Request Again And It Will Take 3 Days More But In Reality After 1 Month I Got Such Documents In My Hands Also They Had Misprinted My Birthdate On ChequeBook After That Also I Had Faced Few Problems!Like After Every 3 Transactions They Applied Too High Taxes On My 4 Transactions On Using My Debit Card Into Another Bank Account The Atm Of YES BANK Is Very Less In My Hole Area There Is Hardly One ATM Also In The Cities Or Outside We Faced Many Problems In Finding Their ATM Which Is Working.


~ After That We Had StoppeD Using Its Debit Card And Use It To Make Payment Only Through Cheque In a Month We Make More Than 10 Transactions By Cheque We Had Used Our Bank Account Constantly For More Than 7 Months But After That We Had Reduced The Transactions By Just Once In a Month Due To Which The Staff Of YES BANK Has Turn My Bank Account On Hold Due To Which I Won't Be able To Use My Bank Account In Any Way Neither I Can Withdrawal The Money Or Make An Deposit.


~ When One Day I Tried To Make The Payment I Camed To Known About The Situation And On The Same Day I Went There With My Father To Complaint About It We Had Approached To Relationship Account Holding Agent Of YES BANK He Was Kept On Busy On His Phone After Waiting For 20 Minutes He Has Attended Us And I Had Told Our Problem To Them, He Has Checked The System And Told Me to Resubmit All The Documents Again To Make The Account Active Next Day Again I Bringed All The Documents To Submit Again But The Executive Has Told Me To Wait After Waiting For More Than 30 Minutes He Refused To Make The Account Active By Saying To Write An Written Complaint For All This I Had Did That Also But After I Had Noticed That He Was Simply Tried To Waste My Time By Making Me Busy By Demanding Different Documents Again And Again.


I Had Complaint About The Staff Behavior To Manager But Instead Of Listening My Complaint And Supporting Me In Resolving My Query He Refuses To Listen Anything Anything And The Staff Behave With Me Arrogantly They Tried To Make Me Angry But Somehow I Tolerate There Behavior And After Trying Hard With Their Staff And System I Reopen My Account Again And Takes Out All Cash From It As I Don't Wont Any More Trouble In Their Bank I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Opened Account In YES BANK As The Customer Service Is Poor They Never Help The Account Holders And I Had Suffered A Lot Only Because Of Their Unhelpful Staff And Slow Service.
