I opened my account with this bank and one day they called me with an offer for home loan. I applied for that. They took all my documents including copies of adhar card, PAN card , my passport photographs, bank statement slips, salary slips. But they haven't checked back with me even after 4 months.
Every time I call them, they say that the loan is under progress and will call back when the loan I approved. But they never called me back ever after.
I asked them to give back my personal details , why should they keep my personal documents if they are not approving the loan? But they denied and said wait for the approval. Why did they call me then , if they didnot want to approve even though am eligible for the loan
