Hi friends in nowadays banks are changing there rule therefore customer are trouble . It is very difficult to those who are illetreate people that means has not study.
Bank staff also give trouble to them on giving various document. They continously send them return for simply if the document is ok then also I have a account on this bank . But before opening account I faced my problem .
1) First they told me that it needed addhar card xerox, photo, pan. On next day I went there what happen you cant belive . That they told me came on next half means after luch .
2) I told please sir its difficult come every time . Please see it . But not listen to it he was doing his own work . I went to manager he was on holiday .
3) So 2nd half I came with all document but this time what happened he took my document verifed it . He told me that we need a grranter to open your account . I fold ot is enough I told him you want any customer in your bank .
4) I was very angery what type of rule is this. You are continously made me in troulbe from 3 days . To open a simple account . After that I can with garranter .
5) Then they opened my account .I told him to give atm card but the probelm is that it very costly bank all charges are very high as compare to other goverment undertaking bank but they should give better facilites .
6) Atm are not avialbe very few are there difficult to with draw money for grand father because his pension comes to this bank only .
7) In this bank phone banking and internet banking also avilable there .
8) Customer service is not good I have complianed to head office I have mailed to them regarding problem.
