The customer service department is a huge mess. I am in touch with them for more than 3 weeks for updating my mobile number and email address. Nothing happens so far. The relationship manager assigned to me is not even cared to respond to my mails and calls. Customer Service department always give apologies and nothing further happens. Their promise of returning calls, even though provided them with alternative callback numbers yields nothing as they are busy with so many other things.
I have no option of going to a local branch and make a complaint. No one at the branch take the calls. They always cut it. If you are some one who is planning to open an NRE account with Yes bank, think hundred times. Just a 2 percent increase in interest is not a promise for the service that you needed. When you really need the service from them, you will not get it. Yes bank is definitely not a bank to trust. The day, I am landing in india, I will go the branch and close the account. Enough of it. I have all the proof of previous communications I did with the bank.
I faced the issue with Yes Bank in Kasturba Road branch, Bangalore. Multiple calls to their land line on different days went unanswered. Now you guys decide, whether to trust them or not. I am regretting that there is no minus start to give them in web sites.
It is not YES bank, it is just NO bank.
