I would like to tell my personal experience about this bank. I had an account here few decades. every branch of yes bank dose not process feature of others banks.
I did't start the service of mobile banking, this was also too bad. I asked for the application of internet banking. They had gave me a form and I had to fill them, I did according to their regulations. After that, they had told me that your service will be start after 2 to 3 days. According to them I waited for 2 days, still my service was not activated then I visit bank again, but after doing this frequently, finally it started. So delay service. In that, I couldn't send fund to other bank, I had to add beneficiary for that. Other bank generally serves that services.
I have bad experience, In this customer service long duration for account processing.
Actually l decided start a account in yes bank for taking on educational loan. They told me that the account will be activated by 15 days and now it is one month over and still l not get my ATM card, passbook. The only thing l got was cheque book l don't know how much l will have waiting for activate my account. Moreover he told me you will take a loan up to 4 months. I am really disappointed on that time.
Less availability of the ATMs. I found them but at very far distances. They don't have the regular maintenance of the ATMs. Cash deficiency problems ocured many times.
Manager had not good behavior. They are so impolite. Staffs of that bank had not much knowledge. So, I wouldn't suggest to anyone to open an account in this bank.
