Horrible bank to start with. A Yes bank employee from Hindustan Naka, Kandivali West Mumbai branch named Satakar Bhoir collected my documents to open an account on 29th April 17 and promised to open my account in a weeks time, After two weeks waiting for my a/c, I tried to follow up with bank where I was been informed that its just an approval away and the a/c will be opened by tomorrow. But this tomorrow never came. After visiting the bank on 20 May 17 - almost after 20 days, they informed me that there bank employees were been transferred and hence my a/c will be delayed. Finally a deputy manager Jinal Doshi personally assured that the a/c will be opened by 22nd May. Again a new twist on 22nd - The bank manager Prithvij Marte calls and says that they have not received FATCA signature from me(Which I remember that I have given) and without that they cannot open the account. They ruined my company formation and GST paperwork and after all this TAMASHA for 4 weeks, I was forced to ask them to return my documents.
Horrible bank and completely irresponsible approach.
