Not a worthy bank to bank with. My wife had an account with Yes bank 4 months back and has closed her account due to many issues she faced. First of all customer services is pathetic and never solve our issues properly. Even the bank employees do not have any politeness or courtesy towards their customers. My wife had a transcation issues with this bank and she was charged twice the bills which was supposed to pay when she charged her card on petrol pump. For this she visited the bank many times but manager gave the assurance that the money will be refunded back but after 2 months of struggle she got her 1500 rupees back credited back to her account. Service and quickness is not very good in the bank so she discontinued with her account for this bank and opened a new account with Sbi bank.
