I went to Yelagiri hills in Tamil Nadu couple of years ago with my friends and found that there was no actual tourist locations for local sightseeing. We reached by bus and went to the resort we booked.
The surroundings were beautiful and calm.
The staff were polite and behaved well with us. The place was also pretty safe from outside interference especially at night.
It had a in house restaurant and ee decided to check it out. It mainly had south indian dishes at a good price but it was not tasty at all.
After resting for few hours we went to see some of the tourist attractions in the area.
But to our disappointment there was no such places in the area. All we could do was rock climbing, other fun activities.
The environment was beautiful and scenic we all clicked lots pictures but lack tourist attractions may ditter many from visiting this wonderful hill station.
Accessibility was good but distance was very long from both Bangalore and Chennai.
