1. We were a group of 15 people and decided to take a break from work. We rounded it off to yelagiri hills as none of us had explored this hillstation. We did not make any reservations thinking it would be easy for us to get into any hotels there. We first checked out Hotel Hills and Zeenath taj gardens. We werent exactly happy with what they had to offer. We were not quite pleased with the customer relationship and with the way the manager responded to us. In simple words they werent friendly to help us get what we actually wanted. Both the properties werent that posh either.
So we decided to hunt for another hotel when someone in the local area suggested us Hotel Landmark. We visited the place with some hesitation but to our suprise the Hotel was really nice to look and it had the " Feel good" tag attached to it. The rooms were very spacious and clean with balcony, tv, fridge, dining table, dressing table and two double cots in each deluxe rooms. We were 15 of us, so we took 4 deluxe rooms. The manager and the staffs there were very courteous and they arranged a guide for us who helped us in trekking from swamimalai to Jalagamparai Waterfalls. It was an amazing experience. After that we had lunch (buffet) where we found the spread in the right propotion and the food was well prepared and tasty. Then we decided to go boating around 3 30 pm in the afternoon and the lake was just 5 mins away from our hotel.
Also there is a nice small Murugan temple right next to where we lived. The whole day passed by while we played Badminton, Volleyball and Table tennis. We also had bonfire in the open air theatre area. All of us had a mind blowing time, Thanks to Hotel landmark. We are from Nokia India limited and we will recommend our stay at Landmark
