Today I want to share my experience as an employee of yebhi.com and reasons for the downfall of Yebhi.com in e commerce Industry. They treated their employees very badly and even not sure when they asked to pack your bag. They asked their employees to write good reviews on mouthshut.com.


Can anyone explain why they are getting 2- 3 good reviews on every day? They are posting the reviews with the help of IP swapping software with them. Portfolio of few Managers in Yebhi.com


Amit Miglani:  Promoted to Manager in a span of less than 2 years in yebhi.com


Why promoted: Had a routine of asking their inbound agents to bring cold drinks, tea, coffee, snacks, etc without spending a single penny,  misrepresenting the facts and figures in front of Management along with the help of his seniors. Abusing his team agents and also speak unprofessional language to even female employees. Those who are ready to compromise, he will give full leverage, else doors are open for non followers.


Nitin Narang: Heading the Quality team in Yebhi.  Now giving unwanted favors to Jyoti Batra , creating a uncomfortable environment for others who are working under them. A good for nothing for Yebhi.com


Jyoti Batra:  Previously a joint venture with Monica Gill and now align with Nitin to progress her career without any skills and doesn’t know any ABC of Quality.


Manoj Yadav: Posses extremely poor communication skills, and heading Refunds and order verification team? Unable to even Yebhi.com clearly.


Rajan Dang: Only this guy has the potential and have good attitude towards employees, however shifted from customer Support


Rahul Bajaj:  Even Class 8th Student have a better IQ Level than this guy, team leader in Yebhi , posses extremely poor communication skills. Involved in mass resignation along worth 15 employees, later joined with higher compensation. Still with Yebhi as he is closed to Amit Miglani and arranging wine and beer for Amit on weekends.


Neha: Currently taking care of Mouthshut account for Yebhi is a goodhousewife shifted to Yebhi.com with the help of few managers in Yebhi.com. Currently writing good  reviews for Yebhi on daily basis, even their champs are writing reviews for them.


Conclusion: Yebhi.com is a good company having the bad CS people with having personal interest and Management needs to check the credentials of all these guys
