My friends, never join yebhi, it is a highly political company, if you can do flattering of management then you would survive else lala would kill you, it is a complete desi = HR = lala company. you may get 20000 today and tomorrow they will reduce it to 15000 just because new year sale was bad.
The company is irresponsible in making business plan, we were in a big office of Secror 18 and now we are shifted from there to a very lousy office because company is not making profit and is unable to pay rent & electricity bill. there is no PF although the employees are more than 400. The culture is bad.
