WE had a bad experience at yashomathi hospitals-marathalli, Banaglore.
My husband was admitted for kidney stone operation and the follow up stent removal.The whole procedure, though takes a very less time, it was delayed as the OT was not ready, and there were many other logistic issues.
None of the staff is trained well. Inside the OT, it was a total chaos, before the procedure.Nothing was prepared and no one was aware what is not be done.My husband mentioned that it was like a fish market inside the OT.
The billing also takes a long time.The staff will come only by 11 am and then their billing procedure takes around 2 hours, in which they add innumerable things to the bill. After waiting for so long, one would just want to get out of the place, rather than fight for the line items in the bill .
I would not recommend it to anyone for any treatment.
