We had gone to Yashomati hospital last week to get our son vaccinated. The pharmacy did not have the medicine and they told us to wait for 2 hours so they can get it. I asked the doctor and he directed me to the Appolo hospital nearby. Since the doctor was going to leave in 30 mins I went on my own to get it. The security team is also very rude and do not have any sense.
The vaccine has to be kept refrigerated and even after I told them this, they were more interested in making me park my car 1 km away rather than letting me go meet the doctor. I left a feedback form also with the same information and they never bothered calling me. The doctors and nurses are good and efficient but the staff are useless. They are more interested in making money through parking fees than worry about patients. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT CARE!!!!
