Staff Attitude:

I have never seen such unprofessional attitude at any hospital.

Staffs are not co-operative and are not sure of their own processes.

Sisters are so casual and unprofessional in their work. Even in ICU where they call it intensive care, I see anybody living on foothpath can take care better than them.

I have admitted my mother-in-law one year back in ICU and got back her to home in worse state than she was admitted. we used to visit her twice in a day and used to see all lacking facilities and unprofessional attitude of nurses. I guess that's why they hide their ICU facility from public. Kuch bhi treatment karte rahte hain and no update to attendant. You have to follow up for everything and in end you will come to know after 2-3 days ki 20 thousand bill aa gaya hai and this-this medicines this-this test kiye hain and nothing improves.

This year I had my wife's delivery in this hospital atleast delivery was good I don't know whether that was because of doctor or something else but I must appreciate the doctor itself since the incidence I am going to narrate will open everybody eyes who will go through this review.

My wife and baby was released after 2 days of delivery. My baby was having mild jaundice and doctor never told of any precaution or any home treatment or anything to care. After 2 days we visited again and he referred Billirubin test and she got 17.0 and I had to admit her. She was in NICU for next 2 days and Doctor was not at available to me(in next 40 hours'nobody updated me about anything although I was present there for 24+ hours(all except night hours). My wife used to go inside NICU for every 1.5 hours interval to feed the baby and she used to explain me new things like baby's bed was wet(remember she was in phototherapy and wet cloths may be harmful for her). baby ne ganda kar rakha tha aur sister ne saaf bhi nahi kiya tha. Sister jhadu de rahi thi aur usi haath se baby ko utha li. this was the situation of NICU. You can imagine what type of care they were giving.

Once a time when there duty change was happening they missed calling my wife for feeding and gave my baby external milk(which the doctor had told not to give) and even argued with me.

After complaining about these incidents Sister behaviour was not co-operative and she was screaming on us(you can imagine what sister could have done with my baby inside NICU and this I came to know after my baby got discharged, My baby I guess didn't got protected her eyes from phototherapy and her eye seems to be damaged).

Not only this but earlier at time of discharge I used to get all document at billing counter but this time sister sent me to atleast 3 places to collect different document like billing info, discharge summary, test reports etc. Also earlier doctor used to explain me the discharge summary but this time even after I asked the doctor he took it casualy and read the discharge summary like he assumed I never knew reading english.

Now it's upto you to go to Yashoda hospital or choose some other option.
