My cousin got admitted in Yashoda Hospital Somajiguda branch. He was having diarrhea and high fever. They took him in Emergency Care Unit and started the treatment. The doctors were rude and not at all telling us the exact diagnosis. They told us that the patient MIGHT BE suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Then they shifted him to GENERAL WARDS.
And within one hour they shifted him to CRITICAL CARE UNIT(CCU) telling us that The BP is falling very rapidly. The patient was fine and he was talking and laughing with us. He did not looked like his BP was dropping. They then put him in CCU for 2 days. Took almost 2.5 lacs from us. The doctors never told us the exact diagnosis.
General physician on duty in CCU was Balraj and he confused us a lot. They unnecessarily extended the CCU timings. My cousin looked alright in CCU. After 3 days, They told us that the patient was suffering from TYPHOID. They gave some antibiotics and sent the patient home. After a week the patient became alright.
My point is - The entire medical team couldn't diagnose a simple TYPHOID from various blood tests and scans. It was just a tactic practised by them to LOOT patients. We spent almost 3 lacs just for a typhoid! Even a primary health care clinic doctor would have solved the problem. I regret my decision. I do not recommend this hospital!
Thanks for taking out time and reading my review.
