First about my requirement. I used to have Yamaha gladiator in 2008, r15 in 2010, bajaj avenger in 2011 and then Yamaha sz in 2012(financial trouble)Then after two years I got some money to buy two wheeler again.

Did some research in 150 cc segment

  1. Pulsar - ratting sounds after 1 year of use

  2. FZ - Now I am a family man with kid. can not use it

  3. Unicorn - very old model

  4. CBZ - not a fan of hero bikes at all for ugliest designs

Then I came to know about CB trigger from Honda. It ticks all my requirements. Purchased immediately for Rs 78, 000 on road full cash payment. No finance opted. After riding for one month I found following problems

  • back shock absorb er is of worst quality. front wheel jumps like a horse for small hump on the road. Changed my shock absorb er under warranty for two times in one month span. Was not at all happy with the product. So, sold it for Rs. 57, 000 in second hand market. Took some 10, 000 loan from my friend. Now I can afford only 125cc segment. So, this time I don't want to take risk and purchase ss125 which is a modified version of gladiator.Very happy with riding. smooth engine after 40 speeds. Found some issues but, I can live with those

  • gear shift is hard

  • back suspension is little hard

  • As I used to ride all 150cc+ bikes, less pick up with two adults on bike.

On road price: 63, 200 with out extra fittings, extended warranty and permanent registration

Extra fittings: 1200

Reg: 1000

Extended warranty: 777

Thank you
