Hello guys this is sashank. I personally own an FZs, 2017 model, carb version, v.1.
The FZs was the first streetfighter-style bike launched by Yamaha in India. Powered by a high-torque 153cc single-cylinder engine, the FZs is tuned for city riding, with the engine offering adequate torque for overtaking in any gear. The FZs is famous for cashing in on the “fat rear tyre” craze with the youth, by offering a wide 140-section rear-tyre, adding to the muscular design theme of the bike. Other features of th Yamaha FZs include a fully digital speedo console, thick 41mm front forks, and a mono-shock rear suspension. Good for city commuting day 2 day use.
Pros: Muscular look. Refined engine smoothness. Crispy gear shift. Handling and ride control stability. Good comfortable seating posture. Braking. Good economy.
Cons: Low pickup. Engine gets very hot because of the(yama lube), the worrest oil i'v ever used in my life, Using Mortul 20w50 100% synthetic felling good now, the bike engine sounds soft, vibrates less, sweet spot is to go in 4000rpm @ 55 kmph, it also save lots of fuel, I also recommend using fuel additives which burns all the fuel and increase efficency, I would like to recommend motul 20w50 full synthetic, yes its worth.
The ground clearence is very low, my center stand keeps hitting the speed braker.
