As a teenager with near empty pockets I dreamt of owning a bike. In the early 2000s there werent enough good looking bikes around. Hero Honda had just given a facelift to the warhorse CBZ while TVS was riding high on the Fiero.
Just around then Japanese giant launched a evolutionary product in the form of Enticer. Evolutionary because it made other follow as well (KBajaj Elininator, Kinetic Aquila and a product from LML which in fact never saw the light of the day) Yamaha kept its promise of launching products in India which wasn't expected from any two-wheeler makers. The same can be said about their R15 and FZ series. Elaborate pictures of the Enticer adorned the pages of all automotive magazines.More I stared at it the deeper I fell in love with her. She came at a heavy price tag though at around Rs 48, 000 (in those days).
Cut to present, I am a happy owner of a scarlet red Yamaha Fazer (I figured out I was always a Yamaha guy, may be from birth) which I bought in late 2009, but there is still that collegegoer inside me which is egging me on to put a search for an Enticer on the net everytime I have a computer in front of me.
So here's requesting anybody who's wishing to let go her Enticer. I am looking for a well kept model in her original paint with no lafda with paper work. Send me a mail on swarajsb@gmail.com
