I was using hotmail and yahoo mail for long time. And switched to Yahoo permanently as it is better in all ways. Yahoo provided what the user want than Hotmail telling their users what they have to use.

It’s using a better spam control to block the junk messages. Accessing mails are always easy and faster.

The latest announcement from Yahoo about 100 mb storage and 10mb mail size will be welcomed by all. Hope the users use it wisely to help others. The new cosmetic look is another strategy to make the users feel there is something new in Yahoo. There are few issues now in accessing the mails. We should provide some time to Yahoo for settling down.

Yahoo groups another service from Yahoo have taken better control over the Yahoo groups by not storing the images attached in the mail. This is really a drawback when you’re reading your mails after a long time. But as a Service provider, Yahoo has done the best.

So the users should be able to store these images in the folders and refer it in their email. This will really save a lot of bandwidth while sending and receiving emails. And reduce the storage space on each and every account who subscribed to these yahoo groups. I guess this is another reason, Yahoo was able to provide 100 mb storage with their email service.

I was having problems in accessing Yahoo groups from Windows XP home PC’s. Few of my friends also reported about this problem. I searched the net, downloaded windows updates nothing worked. As a surprise, after the new changes were launched yesterday, the yahoo groups started working. Definitely Yahoo must have received complaints and they have looked into it. Thanks Yahoo.
