Yahoopops routinely crashes on me (several times a week) and only works for yahoo mail. I’ve also had problems when attachments reach a certain size with yahoopops. I’ve been using Yahoopops
for months until I checked out MrPostman.
MrPostman hasn’t crashed on me in the past month, and works for Yahoo, Hotmail, and other webmail providers. It’s java based and works great for both windows and linux (yahoopops has an out-of-date linux and solaris port that are extremely unstalbe). I highly encourage people to check it out b/c it’s stable and does more. It handles attachments cleanly and works like a charm.
