If one has to experience pathetic service in lifetime, it has to be a subscription with youbroadband.unfortunately the ratings provided here isnt less than 1.given a choice I would rate it in minus.
Got it activated 3 months back. Not once I felt satisfied. In the last 3 weeks the service was hardly active for 4 days. Bored of calling the customer care number(9677078787) several times and the constant reply being the issue would be addressed in 4 hours. Also called 40169999 in chennai and not once it was answered. Been calling the number 8754463866 & 9942230164, no response. atleast this gentleman had courtesy in resolving it once(9942230164). Went and fought with the employees at the chennai branch once and the next day issue was addressed after 12 days of network down. The ppl sitting here wants the customer to go to the head office and plead everytime to help in resolving, which is supposed to happen without much effort from the customer.'CUSTOMER IS KING' is only good to be pasted on the wall. Nothing of that sort is seen.
I regret every minute and this is the last time ever I will try out a new startup.

Just writing this to vent out my frustration and with full confidence that this is not going to do any good for me.
Even if the head of broadband sees it(which they will not as they are least bothered as the payment was made in advance) he will just ignore it.
