I have bought this stupid internet connection for my online gaming purpose, I have registered to 12 mbps plan. only for 1 day I got the 12 mbps speed and remaining days were completely with 10 mbps.
I have registered a complaint regarding the speed issue and the customer care executive refused to answer and said "just use the speed how much you got, after sometime he has started saying that, I can't hear you. so I will hang up."
The problem was solved after 4 months, in the mean time I was getting only 400kbps. I din't even cross the monthly gb usage limit though.
After four months, the problem has been solved and again it has raised, I ordered to cancel connection but they are not even doing that. what the hell should I do?!
Finally I have stopped paying the amount. I think tata docomo is the best internet company.
