You broadband in gurgaon is truly the worst possible internet provider. Internet doesn't work for days in a row sometimes, you receive an sms sometimes abt the rectification work which goes on for hours and later internet would work for 15-20 mnts usually and again disappear. Customer service is so bad that it's unbelievable in today's day and age of competition. None of the gurgaon technical staff pick up the phone and if you call the phone disconnects in some time.
The centralised service centre people pick up the phone after keeping on hold for 10-15 mnts sometimes and would shamelessly refuse the solution and would repeat what they have been taught to say that 4-8 hours on a working day. So basically there are times that there's no internet on sunday the whole day. I would not recommend you broadband to anyone .
The service used to be very good few years back but terrible is not the word for it now. One should save Onself the frustration and anguish and not go with you broadband. Worst service
