LasT 2 Years Back, My Sister Has Completed His 12Th And She Was Confused About Her Career, But Somehow She SELECTED TO PursuE " B.A THROUGH CORRESPONDENCE " Course, While Pursuing " BA Through CORRESPONDENCE " For 1 Month, She Felt That As She Is Doing The " BA Through CORRESPONDENCE She Felt Bored While Staying At Home And She Has Decided To Pursue Another Course Along With B.A CORRESPONDENCE .

• She Has Researched About Lot Of Course, Though Me And My Father Has Suggested Her FOR B.ED( TEACHING), But She Talked To Her Friend About The Courses And One Of Her Friend Suggested Her For " YMCA " . " YMCA " Is a Educational Trainee Institute Which Provide Various COURSES That Give You An Experience Or Knowledge About Desirable Field .

• My Sister Want With Me And My Father For Enquiry About Course In " YMCA " . The Teacher Present There Explained My Sister About The Courses Related To The Field She Has Choosen, And She Suggested Her For " OFFICE MANAGEMENT COURSE " AnD The Course Duration Was 1+1 Years And Fees For That Course Is 70000 Per Year, I.E 1, 40000 For Hole Course . In Which If Either We Can Pay Fee Of 2 YEARS FEE IN ONE SHOT, But Both Year Has Different Subjects And My Sister Will Get Different 2 CERTIFICATES Of 1+ 1 Year And The Teacher Of Faculty Has Said That Before Admission My Sister Has To Go Through From a Test, So That The Faculty Can Judge Her Ability And The Test Fee Is RS 1200 . She Said That Test Will Be Conducted Tomorrow Evening .

• After We Went To Home We Had A Long Discussion About It, As In The Past I Had Cheated By An Institute, Though My Father Was Not Allowing My Sister For The Course, But My SISTER Is Not Ready To Listen Anything Finally My Father Had Given Permission To Pursue The Course, My Sister Has Cleared The Test And My Father Has Paid The Fee Of 1 Year First, She Has Started The Course But The Training Which They Are Giving Are All Stands Upto Basics Level Of 12Th, They Are Teaching Tense And Pronoun For Almost 2 Months, In Computer Training Class They Tell The Students Only One About How They Has To Use It Programs And Control And Tell Them To Do Whatever They Want, Also In The SHORTHAND AND TYPING CLASS OUT OF 6 CLASS IN A WEEK The Teacher Camed Only For Once, Rest Of The Days She Was Absent .

• Almost 6 To 7 Months Things Are Going Just Like That Only When My Sister Told All This To My Father, He Went To MANAGEMENT To Discuss About That Matter, After Discussing With Them For All The Management Has Said That Coincidently Due To Bad Health The Teacher Got Absent, And They Will Look Toward All This Issue .

• After My Father Has Complaint About It, Only For 1 Week The Things Work Fine But After That The Situation Got Same As It Was In The Past, My Father Has Complaint Again But This Time They Had Not Listen To Any Complaint . Academic Programs Are Not Conducted By The Management Properly They Just Show The Carefree Attitude Towards Everything, The Management Simply Ignore The Complaints Of The PARENTS, And They Didn't Fullfill Their Promised Responsibility Of Teaching Course Well So How Can We Expect Extracirricular Programs From Them .

• Before The 1 Year Got Completed, 1 Month Before Itself They Send An Reminder By Mail And Message To My Father To Submit The Next Duration Of Fee, But This Time My Father Has Decided To Not To Pay Second Fee, And Leave The Course In Between By Taking 1 Year DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE FROM THEM .

• When My Father Went To Cancel The Second Duration Of Fees The Teacher Present There Asked My Father That Why He Is Not Submitting Second Fee And Asking To Take 1 Year CERTIFICATE, My Father Said That After Complenting Also The Management Is Not Listening Of The Parents .

• My Father Has Cancelled The Second Duration Of Course And Applied For 1 YEAR CERTIFICATE OF COURSE WHICH MY SISTER HAS COMPLETED, The Management Said That We Will Get It By Courier In 10 Days, 15 Days Has Gone Through But The Certificate DiDn't Camed To Our Home I Called The Faculty To Known About The Status Of CERTIFICATE, But They Refused For Giving Us The Certificate And Said To Submit Second DURATION COURSE FEE Then Only My Sister Will Get 1 Year COURSE CERTIFICATE, They Said That Its Totally On My Sister That,

• AFTER WE SUBMIT SECOND YEAR FEE Either My SISTER CAN CONTINUE THE COURSE AND TOOK BOTH 2 YEARS CERTIFICATE OR CAN TAKE 1 YEAR CERTIFICATE AND CAN QUIT TO PURSUE 2 YEAR, So In Both The Cases It Is Mandatory To Submit 2 YEAR FEE.

• Suddenly I Remembered About My 2 School Friend Who Has Also Completed a Course From YMCA I Called Her To Know Whether There DEGREE Really Stands Up To Get a Job In Future In GOVT OR PRIVATE SECTOR Or There Faculty Which Claims To Grant a RECURITMENT From Their Institute Itself Directly Really Do Or Not And Both Had Tell Me The Same Thing That They Had Completed The Course But No Recuritment Was Provided By " YMCA " INSTITUTE, And Also In Other Sector Its DEGREE Didn't Have Much Value And After Completing The Course From There They Still Doing An Basic Job Outside For 12 To 15000, They Suggested Me To Leave The Course InBetween And Don't Paid Second Year Fee, I Told All This To My Father And My Father Has Already Clearly Stated That He Will Not Allowed My Sister To Pursue The Course Anymore And Told Her To Go For B.ED Without Wasting The Time Anymore On The FAKE COURSES .

• My Father Went To " YMCA " To Took My Sister 1 Year CERTIFICATE, But After a Long Argument And Discussion With The Faculty They Didn't Got Ready To Listen Anything, The Management Is Totally Corrupt And Focus Only On Money .

Overall Its Not Recommendable As On The Name Of Institutional Courses First Of All They Gave Basic Knowledge Upto School Level, Secondly The Management And Faculty Is Careless Most Of The Time Teacher Was Absent From Their Classes And Always Had a Relaxing Mood And Said Students To Do Whatever They Want, They Had A Careless Attitude Towards Their Responsibility And Has Only And Only 1 Aim In Their Mind That How To Make More And More Money By Playing With The LIFE AND CAREER Of The STudenTS .
