I got full leg waxing done for the first time at ylg outlet at total mall, old airport outlet.
I chose the lemon waxing costing at INR 380. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes and after I was called in and changed my clothes, the staff informs me only the "higher priced" wax is available. This after waiting and changing my clothes and wasting 30 minutes of my time.
Later, when I spoke to the receptionist. The wax I wanted was magically available. I was not happy with the overall service but I was too pissed to bother. I went back home and had to use a hair removal cream because the staff had done such a pathetic job. I paid 380+ tax for the service yet received no bill, though at the entrance there was a big caption saying "no bill, no charge" Please avoid going there!
