This was my first visit to YLG(cunningham road), I had taken an appoint 2days prior for a customized international hair cut.
As I landed up on time, there was a lot of hassle as a lady who had just entered was shouting at the staffs saying that her appointment was booked earlier and nobody attended her and she needs the services now at any cost, considering her prolonged cribbing and dissatisfaction the Senior stylist who was suppose to do an hair cut for me was assigned to her and after raising my asking them to ensure my service is done by another Sr atylist, only then came another guy who claimed to be a Sr.Stylist, not sure how true it was.
I just had to blindly believe what he said. I really doubt if he was even a stylist as the hair cut he did was totally totally pathetic, they name is as CUSTOMIZED INTERNATIONAL hair cut but it wasn't even as good as a local parlours could do.
Totally waste of money. Not worth even a penny. He just shorten the length of my hair at the back and said there already steps and that I cannot due much again. Inspite of repeatedly asking to give a total change of style it was still the same and rather even worst. And the ultimate part, when I finally came out of YLG totally disappointed, a guy from the YLG comes running behind me saying my payment is pending, when I had already made the payment online 2days ago while booking an appointment. Its just not worth visiting again.
