Finally I received my much awaited package, ordered through PayTm, and courtesy to the Xpressbees courier.
I had ordered a Denim Black Jeans from PayTm which I received today. I had placed the order at 10th of this month. PayTm shipped the product via Xpressbees courier on 13th of January. Frankly speaking, I had not heard of this courier before and thought it to be an issue once I came to know that they are new to the courier business considering my past experiences with couriers such as Ecom Express and DotZot. However I was wrong.
Xpressbees notified me of receiving my package on 13th Jan via message. I was provided with the tracking details through which I decided to track it myself on the internet. The courier has a modest website and is maintained unlike some other couriers who rarely update it. My package arrived to the destination hub 5 days prior to the shipping and again I was notified via message that it has been sent out for delivery. One thing I must state here is that, Xpressbees has a really pleasing customer service. I called them twice, once to know their office address in my city and the other time, to know the status of my shipment. Both the times, I was promptly replied with informative customer representatives who seemed to be very polite.
Like I said, I had had some grave experiences with new couriers, where some of them couldn’t find my house while others didn’t bother to contact me and falsely claimed to have reached my house and not find me. So this time I was ready for such a hassle again but Xpressbees really shocked me. First and foremost, they didn’t even feel the need to call me to verify my address. At around 12 noon, I found the courier guy at my doorstep, holding my package. I was more than just happy.
Even though the delivery could have been a little faster, considering the shipment was to be delivered from Kolkata to Jamshedpur, but that’s something acceptable if you don’t have to go through the hassles of visiting the courier office and manually receive your product.
A little fixes and bits and this courier is surely going to be a reliable one in the near future. My thumbs up to it.
