My product is lying with this company for last three days. Both the courier boy and call centre guys are insensitive, incourteous and lie blatantly. The courier boy had the guts to come next door and go back without delivering my mobile. He has his own terms, i.e I should come to some particular place to collect my order. I told him that phone was ordered for occassion which has been defeated. He said there is return policy. Aapka paisa Kahi nahin jaayega.bloody no respect for human emotions. I wished there was no ratings. As rating is for people who work!
