This is reg my firstcry order 7GN017670372 which was supposed to be delivered on 20th july but has not been delivered yet Every time I call customer care I get a reply that your issue has been escalated and will be resolved.Such a pathetic service.if Delivery guy cant deliver the product they update as door locked cant deliver.Really the worst logistics .i wonder how firstcry has xpressbee as their logistics partner.
