This might sound crazy to you – I am an ex-employee of Xplore Tech and still I don’t think the company was a bad one. In fact, I think XploreTech is a good company that needs to work on some of its issues(systems, tech issues and so on).
For starters, the company needs to upgrade its systems. It will help the company with the productivity issues. Secondly, they already have a good training program in place.But besides that they also need to offer its employees some training sessions to upgrade their skills. They had these facilities in the past, but nowadays they are not offering it anymore(at least I did not receive one in past 6 months). This was a really good practice in which the employees get to learn new things.
This was one thing I loved about Xplore-Tech. Other significant plus points were good work environment and good bosses. I only left the company for completing my CA internship. But once I am done, I would like to rejoin the company if there’s a position for me in the Accounts department.
