Xplore Tech is one of the oldest BPO companies in Kolkata and I was a part of it from a very early stage. And like most startups it had its problems – salary issues, attendance related issues etc. But the good thing is that the company learned from its mistakes and became more mature as an organization. It’s been four years that I have left the company but I still feel nostalgic about it. I led couple of teams over the years and the experience was unforgettable.
Now when I see those children whom I have trained are standing in a good position in their career, many in that company many outside of it, I really feel that joy of satisfaction within me.
Xplore Tech has given me lot of precious experience, moments, love and respect to cherish for. I give all my best wishes to Xplore tech to grow larger in the business market.
