I would like to add a few points here. Every company has problems even the biggest ones. But what counts is the intent to overcome the problems and work towards a healthy management and employee relationship. When I got a few hundred bucks less in my salary account 2 months ago, I was disappointed. But the moment I had a word with the HR, he assured me that he will look into the matter and get back to me at the earliest. Then he himself gave me a call to tell there was problem with my bio-metric attendance.
Then I remembered I went to our Park Circus office for two days for training – so naturally my bio-metric attendance was not there. I told them the issue and they quickly took necessary action. I got the amount along with my salary previous month and I am happy again.
