I have been using this tab for last three years. It has worked well. The problem is only that it does not have a sim slot. I have also found that it may face some problem in connecting with enterprise based wifi. Buying directly from the website is good.
Tab is certainly a value for money. I have used this tab while travelling to far off places, it has been found quite portable and user friendly. Never had a problem with this tab, hence, I cannot comment on the post-sales customer service. The tab is also good for installing apk versions of the app.
